Pam Johnson, PTA

Pam joined the Pittman Physical Therapy team in November of 2007. She has been married to David for 29 years and together they have two grown and married sons. She graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Science Education in 1982, the year her first son was born. She stayed as a stay at home mom for 18 years until 2002 when she completed her collegiate goal at Southwest Tennessee Community College, graduating from the Physical Therapy Assistant program with honors in 2004. She initially worked in a long-term care facility in the outpatient department. She decided to join the team after undergoing therapy for her own herniated lumbar disc. She has made us smile ever since as our poster child.

Lisa Warmuth, RYT

Lisa found her personal practice in 2005 while searching for a cross training option to her marathon training. An avid trail and road runner, she found yoga to be a perfect compliment. Although her reason for starting her practice was physical, she quickly felt a sense of peace, inner calm and balance. Lisa deepened her commitment to yoga by completing a 200-hour RYT training program through Jason Hulshof of the Jonny Kest Center for Yoga. Jason is a well known flow style yoga teacher in Michigan and Lisa is a graduate of his first teacher training series here in Memphis. Lisa is constantly reminded there is no "finish line" in yoga and enjoys learning something new each time she practices or teaches.

Lisa teaches a Vinyasa style class blending physical alignment and core strength in a fluid rhythm.
