We've changed our schedule for the summer months. The new schedule is as follows:

Tuesdays Sundays
7:00 p.m.
Restorative Yoga
45 min.
6:00 p.m.
Power Flow
1 Hour, 15 min.

Our Sunday night Power Flow class will now be held at 6 p.m. The lunch classess have been put on hold for the busy summer. We are now offering a Tuesday night Restorative Yoga at 7 p.m. Have a great summer.

RESTORATIVE YOGA
This form of Yoga focuses on relaxing the body in restful postures to provide the body an opportunity to renew and heal, rather than focusing on stretching and strengthening. Restorative Yoga consists of a sequence of 3 or 4 specially designed postures in which your body is completely supported.

POWER FLOW
A series of flowing postures coordinated with breath work designed to improve strength and flexibility. More advanced variations are offered as well as a more intense pace to challenge those who have either some experience with yoga or who are already in strong athletic condition. Perfect for the seasoned athlete or weekend warrior.
