Mitchell, a native of Greenwood, Mississippi, transitioned to Southaven, Mississippi, where he predominantly resided throughout his life. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Mississippi State University in 2019. Subsequently, Mitchell pursued and achieved his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2022. He is now settled near the Memphis area to remain close to his friends and family.

While maintaining a steadfast commitment to Mississippi State athletics, Mitchell has recently cultivated an interest in local sports teams, notably the Memphis 901 Football Club. His passion for physical therapy stems from personal experiences, having endured multiple injuries during high school sports, particularly in powerlifting. Motivated by a desire to assist others in similar circumstances to regain their engagement in beloved activities, Mitchell brings a compassionate and empathetic approach to his practice.

In his leisure, Mitchell remains devoted to personal fitness and enjoys quality time with friends and family, whether exploring new culinary experiences or attending sporting events. His professional focus extends to treating a diverse range of conditions and age groups, employing a hands-on approach and leveraging various physical therapy methodologies. Mitchell’s ultimate goal is to optimize his patients’ rehabilitation experiences, aiding them in achieving their wellness objectives.
