My experience at PT has been very fun. The exercises helped me and improved my physical activities. Before I came to PT, my foot hurt while running and tumbling at gymnastics. I also had a hard time walking and getting up in the morning. Now that I have come to PT, my foot doesn’t hurt doing physical activity, and I can go back to having a pain-free practice! My right heel had been very painful for several months. Rest made no difference in resolution. After sitting or resting could not put any weight on my foot until taking many steps. After PT, all limp is gone. I have been able to resume all activities. Such a difference! Thanks for the improvement
